Faço a assinatura do Nubank Rewards, e quando fui resgatar pontos para que a assinatura mensal do Spotify fosse apagada, os pontos foram usados, porém o valor da assinatura ainda consta na fatura. 
Como faço para que a cobrança seja excluída?

Seeing that you are trying to purchase a product via Nubank, we recommend to get in touch with them. They should be able to find out for you where your points are.
