Nus not working

Nus not working

I am currently trying to get premium with student discount and it is telling me that my nus card is allocated to a different account. I have closed the old Spotify accounts I had but it is still telling me the same thing. Can a administrator unassociate my nus with all accounts so I can get student discount...

It sounds like you might have more than one account around here somwhere. In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
