My Question or Issue
Hello there. This might be a stupid question and if this is the case, I apologize beforehand, but I wasn't able to find information on this issue. I saw the offer advertised on the main website for 0.99 euros for the initial 3 months and 4.99 euros after. I clicked on the green "Get Premium" button within the ad and in the page that it lead me to, where you need to input your card details, the price was different. It said 0.99 initial and 9.99 after, which is twice as much as the advertised amount.(Screenshots can be found below for reference). To note, I have never used Premium so far, nor have I taken advantage of any free trial periods or any other promotions of the sort, but am interested. I am speculating that this might have something to do with the fact that I am based in Bulgaria and it is possible that different conditions/charges apply here. I just want to clarify this, in case somebody can advise. Thank you in advance.
P.S. On a side note, on the second screenshot, the Clarifications that are provided under the card details fields are in Italian, even though from the link it can be seen that it's "https://www.spotify.com/bg/"(where "bg", i assume, should be for Bulgaria) and the remainder of the contents on the page are in english. I've checked both from my laptop and from the phone and the above is valid for both. This could use some investigating, especially in regards to the recent changes in the privacy/customer details regulations. Left me a bit confused and I had to use google translate to figure out what was writen, to discover that it is important payment conditions that you agree to comply to once you click the "Buy Spotify Premium", which was also in Italian. No intention to be rude at all, just want to bring this under your attention. Any comments or ideas are appreciated. Thanks again.
Kind regards, Yavor.

Hey @Aqualizer.
That's odd. The price for Spotify Premium in Bulgaria is indeed 4.99 per month.
Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try getting the promotion. Also, let me know if you're trying to make the purchase from your home network or from a work/public network.
Using a VPN could be causing the page to mix things up, which could explain the Italian text.
Keep me posted.

Thanks a lot for the reply, much appreciated. I'll give it a try again after following your advice and we'll see. I was trying to usr my laptop to make the purchase (did a quick check with the phone just for confirmation). To note in case it's relevant, i didn't create a seperatr profile but logged in with my facebook acount. I was using my home wifi connection at the time, although, for safety reasons I always mark wifi networks I connect to as public instead of home, maybe this has something to do with the issue. Also, i haven't downloades the actual app yet, have only tried via my default browser, Google Chrome. I think I've figured out and solved the italian issue, for some reason I had italian and english as languages and the italian was selected, reverted to English now. Will clear the cache and keep u posted, hopefully it will work, thanks again.
Kind regards, Yavor.
No trouble at all!
Feel free to post again as soon as you have an update on this. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
All the best 🙂
Clearing the cache seems to have done the trick. After selecting the offer the correct pricing is now listed. My last occupation involved a lot of traveling, maybe the different locations that I have used my devices from had accumulated some information that was confusing the system. Eiter ways, everything seems to be OK now, solutions are often a lot simpler than we believe they are. Thank you, Alfredo. Hope you have a great day 🙂
I'm glad to hear everything is up and running now!
