Offline playing not working

Just reset my phone and re-downloaded the Spotify app. I have a premium account and never had an issue before playing any of my music offline. Now I can’t listen to any of my music without using data on the road. HELP!!

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and welcome.

Just to confirm, it'd be great if you'd double-check that the Offline Mode is activated on your phone as well as that the songs you mean to play without using data are downloaded for Offline listening. 

To activate the Offline Mode on your phone:

1. Tap Home 
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Playback
4. Switch Offline on

Note: In Offline Mode, you can only play music and podcasts you’ve downloaded. 

To download an album or a playlist on Wi-Fi:

1. Go to the playlist you want to download.
2. Switch Download on (right below the songs list). 
3. A green arrow indicates the download was successful.
