Hello Spotify,

 

Why am I still being charged for individual premium (can not access the individual premium account) when I have switched to duo months ago.

I do not like the fact that you are ripping me off. Every month. I would like to get an explanation how to get this fixed and will you reimburse me for all the charged fees that were unnecessary?!?

Hey @janezekm84!

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting double charged.

 

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to individual Premium and the other one to Duo. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

 

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.

It could be from a different email that is out of use for quite aome time now.

I would imagine the phone number did not change though.

 

I can only sign into duo plan as it is known.

What to do to get the payment for individual plan, that is not in use for several months already, wanish?
