My Question or Issue

I have been overcharged on my Credit Card although I cancelled my Premium account two months ago. I want to be reimbursed for the cost that was processed in February and ensure that I will not be charged moving forward.

Hi there @nwarelis,

Thanks for reaching out!

If you have cancelled your Premium successfully in the previous months but have been charged for this month, it could be possible that you have more than one Spotify account. To double-check if this is the case, follow the steps given in this article

You can also take a look at your account page. There you will see info about your subscription in case you still have an active Premium one. The info on this page refers to the Spotify account you're currently logged into on your device.

To make sure this is the account for which you have been charged in February, check the invoice you've received about the charge in your email address. If the email address matches the one given in your account page, this is the correct account.

As to refunds, this article can shed more info on the subject.

Keep us posted, we're here if you need further help!
