Hello - 

Trying to sign up for Spotify Premium but my credit card (Visa) repeatedly doesn't go through. I've confirmed with my bank that I have sufficient funds and there are no holdbacks, blocks, etc. so the restrictions definitely aren't on their end. 

 

I've been trying to get a membership for a week now, and haven't been successful. 

 

Could you help me out please.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
