I subscribed to college spotify I withdraw from the bank account the money, I received the email that was already approved and I was charged again so I have two withdrawals, besides that does not recognize that I am already premium

Hello @Elenaolan

 

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

On April 25 I get the mail that my process was successful and asked me the
bank account there was when the second withdrawal is made, then I get the
mail that I am already a premium account and my account statement
nevertheless I am not being an account Free in the mobile application in
addition that the two payments are already retired.

el día 23 de abril aparece el movimiento de retiro a mi tarjeta bancaria,el día 25 me enviaron un correo diciendo que fui aprobada y me pidió nuevamente mis datos bancarios los volví a ingresar y me hizo un segundo retiro a los minutos recibí un correo de que ya soy Premium​ y los datos de la cuenta,el problema es que tengo dos retiros por pago y en la app sigo siendo cuenta free hasta la fecha no ay manera de que en la app aparezca que soy premium sin embargo en la página web ingresando a mi cuenta aparece que lo soy cabe mencionar que es la única cuenta que tengo.
