paguei meu spotify premium familia pre-pago a uma semana e continuo com o spotify free. e não recebi o email de confirmação... O que devo fazer?

Thanks for coming to the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Could you check your account page and look for a recent payment receipt in the "Receipts" section? Do you find one? If you find one, it'll mean you're logged in on a different account in the app and we'd advise you to logout and login back with the login details you see on the account page you've found the receipt on. Here is how to logout of an account.

 

If you still can't find the Premium account with the above mentioned steps, on this page are further methods on how to find it.
