My Question or Issue

 I recently went from creditcard subscription to manual payments via iDeal and made the last payment the 26th of may, yet I now received the message that my account has been paused. Not sure why as usually it takes full 30 days and you get a mail to prolong your subscription?

Hey @boholondon, thanks for writing!

 

In this case, our best suggestion would be to check your account's Receipts page. From there, you'll be able to view the payments that have been applied to your account. If there's a mismatch with the info provided there, we'd suggest you reach out to the party that was in charge of processing that transaction (iDeal or your banking institution). We're sure that they'll be able to give you additional information on this matter.
