Paid for Premium via cellphone carrier, not received and stuck on Free

Paid for Premium via cellphone carrier, not received and stuck on Free

Hello, I've been paying £9.99 a month through my carrier Vodafone UK for Spotify Premium access. However, for the past three months I've not been receiving Premium at all, and have only had access to Free.

 

I have spoken to Vodafone UK directly and they have confirmed that my account status is in good standing, and that I should be receiving Premium. I have tried all the fixes on the site, but I have been unable to gain access to Premium.

Hey @DoctorButcher,

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so that they can check out your account, and also Vodafone to ensure everything’s up and running smoothly from their end.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
