Paid for three months of premium for .99 cents did not get it

I just bought the three month subscription for a dollar and it says I only have a week of premium can I get a refund or three months of premium I've tried signing out and updating my card

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
