Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
If it is showing as premium, try logging out and back in again from spotify app. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application.

Hi @archen, I already clear my Spotify app data but still no progress.
Try restarting your device or reinstalling the app.
Also, double check your details, its easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details.
Is it possible even I only subscribe 1 specific account? I paid my bill thru Cebuana Lhullier via Dragonpay. I have my receipt here but I don't who should I contact for my problem.

Yes, my free trial ended early this month. I was not able to deposit on my atm card that I used to subscribe that why I pay via remittance this afternoon but untill now still I can't go back to premium.

I didn't receive any confirmation from dragonpay, just the receipt from the remittance center. I paid it only this afternoon at 2pm.
