My Question or Issue

Hello,

I am trying to set up a Duo subscription with my wife with whom I live.
When she tries to accept the invitation, she enters her address and an error page asks her to try again later, after that she does not join my Duo subscription but it automatically creates her own Duo subscription.

We have tried several times and on different devices and always the same error.

Can you help us?

Hey @Vrops,

 

Sorry to see this has been happening to you, it's odd and unexpected.
You've mentioned you've tried different devices but have you tried via a desktop PC with a LAN internet connection, no VPN and an incognito browser window?
This seems to be the most sure-fire way of making things work.
And also, please keep in mind her account needs to be on free in order for her to join a Family or a Duo plan.

In case the same error appears when you try the abovementioned steps, it would be of great help if you could send us some screenshots or a link to a video recording so that we can get a closer look at what's going on.
