My Question or Issue

I paid my premium subscription this month but I won't use it at all. Is it possible to pause it and then continue next month?

Hi there @user-removed, thanks for writing!

Currently, there is no option to put a hold on your Premium subscription. You can cancel your subscription and all your music will still be saved as it's stored on Spotify's servers. However, offline tracks will need to be redownloaded when you resubscribe.

Let me know if you have any other questions 😊

Currently in a similar role where I need to cancel my account, I am wondering if this info is current and my playlists, liked songs, and other witll be stored when I choose to reactivate my subscription?

Hey, @gbp0815
Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

The information @Bittencourt brought is still valid. There is no way to pause your subscription, but you can cancel it, instead. All your library (e.g saved songs, playlists or albums) will remain untouched, except for the downloads (which is a Premium feature), however if you decide to re-activate your subscription again in the future, you'll be able to download content to your devices again.

Stay awesome!

Let me know if you have further questions or need anything else! I'd love to help!
