Payed twice for Premium in one month

Hi there, can someone help me please?

I looked at my bankaccount last week and noticed that Spotify collected 9,99 euro's twice in one month! I cancelled my Premium account to a Free account now, to find out what happens next month.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there a way to contact someone who works for Spotify?

I hope someone replies.
