Paying for Spotify Premium through Vodafone bill but not working

Paying for Spotify Premium through Vodafone bill but not working

Part of my Vodafone package is free Spotify Premium. It was working for years but the other day I opened Spotify and I was back on a free spotify account. I rang Vodafone and they said it is still on my account that I have Spotify included. How do I go back to my premium account?

Hi @Gordoj!

 

If you plan shows up as Free when you log in on your account page, then most likely you have a secondary account that's on Premium. Try logging in to it with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.

 

In case you're unable to find the secondary account on your own, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can help out further and provide you with more insight on the matter.
