How do I pay for my child's premium Spotify without adding my credit card info to her account?

I moved your post to the correct help board in case others have the same question.

You can check out the available payment methods in your country by following these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
   Note: If you’re on the free, ad-supported service, you’ll need to click GET PREMIUM. (Don’t worry, that won’t sign you up for Premium)

Keep in mind that for fraud prevention measures you are limited to one card per account, so if you have your card on your account - you cannot use that same card on your child's account.
