Paying for premium and not having it

Paying for premium and not having it

bin paying for Spotify premium  for 6 months or more now and haven’t got it yet please help thank you

Could you try logging out/in of your account? If that doesn’t help, could you try following these steps to see if that helps?

I have the same problem and finding it almost impossible to find help.

I'd recommend making sure you're logged in with the right account since you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.

I have found out I have two accounts and premium is on one account, I wanted it on the other account tried there chat but seemed to go round and round and gir nowhere.

Thanks for your reply. I'm glad to hear you discovered why you're being charged twice. I'd recommend you cancel the subscription for your extra account following these steps. Then you can start a new subscription with your other account here
