Payment Amount has Changed

Payment Amount has Changed

Hello, my credit card has been charged $9.99 for as long as I can remember for Spotify.  All of a sudden, I get charged $10.94 this month without being notified of the change and I'm wondering why?  Can someone shed some light, please.  Thanks

Could you send me a screenshot of the most recent receipt in your Receipts page? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

 

Also, please let me know which country you're located in, so I can take a closer look.

Thanks for that screenshot. I'll need to see the charge info in detail. On that page you sent me, click 'View' on the $10.94 charge. Then, send me a screenshot of that page (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).
