Payment Failed

Payment Failed

My Spotify Premium recently ran out and I tried to start the subscription again but everytime I enter payment information it tells me the payment has failed. I have tried two different cards so I do not believe it has anything to do with the cards or the bank. How do I fix this?

Hey @arl8713,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hey Bro, you have idea i requested for a new credit card i had problems with spotify payments, but for my surprise the problem was not with me ... but i tried 3 (yes 3) credit cards diferents and appear a message saying that it was not possible to confirm the operation .... really, i'm trying to pay for it.

 

I've canceled my signature thinking thats was gonna work, but i was wrong... it's some kind of problem with the system
