Payment Failing After Verifying As Student

I am attempting to sign up for student premium on Windows 11, and it says I have successfully verified as a student. However, when I try to put in my payment details and submit, it says "Payment failed. Try again with a different payment card or method, or buy Premium Individual at full price." I have tried multiple bank accounts, all with sufficient funds and recurring payment permissions enabled, and the message remains the same.

First up, we suggest that you take a look at this article about why payments might fail and try following the troubleshooting steps you can find there. 

If none of those steps work, we'd recommend trying from a different device and using an incognito window. It's also worth giving a different internet connection a go to see if it makes the difference.
