My Question or Issue

 I am trying to update my payment and Spotify says that my card is not based out of the United States when indeed it is. I hve contacted my bank and no charge has even been attempted so I believe something is wrong with the system. I use Spotify every day for my work and it's imperative that I can use it ASAP but of course there is no customer service. Can someone please tell me what to do if the issue is on Spotify's end and I cannot get ahold of them?

If you'd like to subscribe to Premium, make sure that your account and payment card are from the same country as you currently reside.

 

You mention that you tried to subscribe at work. Some companies route their internet through a different country so if it's not working there, try again at home. It can also help to use an incognito browsing session.
