Payment doesn’t match country



My Question or Issue

I live in Canada and went to buy more premium and used my debit while on google chrome and my account is set to Canada and has never been changed and yet it says my country doesn’t match my payment but it does and I need music for my life and if I cannot use Spotify I will have to switch to a different platform even after 3+years on Spotify

Please make sure to check out the available payment methods in your country visiting this page.


In case there's an option to pay with debit card like you're trying, i'd suggest using an Incognito web page for the process and then to check out this help page in case it does not help.
