My Question or Issue

I am a regular premium subscriber to Spotify .

payment for premium service has been deducted from my account and spotify app is saying it is not received .

i have checked with bank statement it is deducted for august 2023 month .

can anyone help me with it .

Welcome to the Community!

 

If your payment has been deducted, but you didn't receive Premium, most likely the payment has failed and hasn't gone through to Spotify. In this case, the payment will be automatically refunded, so check your bank account for that. You can try to re-subscribe again using an incognito browser window, to avoid any issues caused by the browser cache.
