Any card i use it wont let me pay, i'm just trying to resubscribe because my pre paid mastercard ran nout of money. I have used these cards multiple times for these types of subscriptions but everytime i enter the number it delivers that message. I tried contacting someone at spotify on the help chat but it appears to be offline (maybe because its a weekend). 

I talked to someone 2 days ago who told me to wait a couple of days before trying again to enter my payment information. For the love of god please let me pay for this stupid membership, let me give you money spotify!!!!!

We'd recommend checking if your card meets these requirements. If everything is under control, the best option is to try to subscribe from an incognito window using a desktop.
