My Question or Issue

   I've had Spotify premium for quite a while now, and I've never encountered payment issues.

 

   Just recently, I went over my credit card limit. I use my credit card to pay for Spotify. Understandably, since I wasn't able to pay for my Spotify subscription anymore for that month, it was cancelled automatically.

 

   Now, my credit card works everywhere except for on Spotify. I can buy groceries at any grocery store, make online payments, order stuff online with my card, etc.

 

   I called my credit card specialist and they told me that there's no issue on their end, which makes sense being that I can use my card literally anywhere else. I know for a fact that I entered all of my information correctly; card number, CVV, expiry month and year, and postal code. Why is Spotify blocking my payment?

I've been getting the same issue for the past couple of days, I still can't renew my premium plan, due to spotify not accepting my payment method.
Im using a credit card and it is fully working anywhere else i have used it. I have also tried using a different card and it's still not accepting my paiment.
Would be helpfull if someone knows how to resolve this issue.

So I got in contact with a staff member and they told me that they've been
having issues with certain payment methods recently and they're working on
a fix. Worst case scenario, I suppose we just go make a PayPal account and
go through that and into Spotify, or just wait it out and see what happens.
