I could not payment for premium. I am getting payment fail error. Pls help me for this.

I still getting same problem , it was not work 😞

Since those steps didn't work, could you try a different payment method and make sure it allows recurring payments? If that doesn't help, then the last option we can try is to create a new account and get Premium from there.

 

If the payment is processed on the new account - I'll provide some steps on how to transfer music onto that new account.
