Payment failed

Payment failed

Hi! My free 3-month Premium subscription ended last September and I try to continue my monthly Premium subscription by paying for October and paid through loading my sim card with the amount and the transaction went through. However these past few days,  Spotify keep on sending me emails and on my account that my payment failed. Please help,  thanks!

Hey @juolikim,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
