Payment failed

Payment failed

I subscribing for Family Premium, when I fill in the card details, it always says that the payment failed. I try with a different account/different cards, still not working. Note that the card I use is a debit card.

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

There isn't suppose to a problem with paying by debit cards.

First and for other users the encounter with you post, can you send a screenshot of your payment page ?

 

Another step the might be helpful is linking your debit card with a paypal account and pay through there.

Same thing here with family subscription and no I'm not linking my debit card with PayPal. That is not a solution. Also I got a message that there has been unauthorized transaction from my debit card on the internet and the card provider hs declined the transaction. I called to the bank and they said it was a spotify. They didn't know why it was declined.
