My Question or Issue

I would like to subscribe to spotify's premium offer and take advantage of the 3-month free trial but every time I try, I get a payment issues and this happens for any offer (student, duo ...).

Your issue may be related to the fact that after using a free trial period, you cannot use another one on the same account.

I never took the trial period, I wanted to try it for the first time since the recent offer of 3 months free instead of 1 month free.

So I don't understand where this is coming from
