Hey @TeaSeaTo ,

Definitely 🙂

Here's how you can redeem it:

  1. Log in to spotify.com/redeem
  2. Enter the PIN on the back of the card, or the code from your receipt.
  3. Click Redeem.

The gift card is applied to your subscription payments starting on your next payment date. Your payments continue normally after the full gift card amount is spent.

Oh, I forgot to clarify. It's a Russian e-card. Does it change anything? Because I have some mistake when I try it.

Hey @TeaSeaTo ,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please post a screenshot of it? Make sure to hide any payment/personal data.

Also, are you referring to Spotify Gift Cards or is e-card another type of payment method?

Let me know 🙂

Russian banks can issue electronic cards (or virtual card). I can't know for sure if this exists in your country. In our country it is usually an ordinary debit card, but it exists only on the bank's servers, and the data about it can be viewed in the app. I have Visa e-card and there should be no problems with payment.

I think that I'm confused you when called virtual card e-card (but both options meet and I am used to call it e-card). Sorry for that

Hey @TeaSeaTo ,

Thanks for the info.

If you're using Yandex Money and your account's country setting is set to the right country, then it should work.
