 The payment got deducted through UPI but my premium didn't get activated. Can anyone check what is the issue? I am attaching the screenshot too for further reference.

Thanks for coming to the Community.


I'd recommend clicking on '+VOTE' in this Ongoing Issue. That way, Spotify will know that more than one user is experiencing this issue.

same here, just now paid via upi and it didnt get activated,

came to community just to post the same question.

It activated for u or it get refunded. ur help will be really useful. thanks 🙂

the same problem is happening again, payments are charged but the premium is not activating...

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

We'd first recommend logging out and back in a couple of times. This can help synchronize the information on your account so that you can see your Premium features. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, you could try waiting a few hours as there's a chance that your payment is still being processed.

 

In case you can't see your Premium subscription and the payment was successful, you can try reaching out to our Support team here for further assistance.

Estou passando pelo msm problema n, descontou o Premium duol da minha conta e não tô conseguindo acessar
