Se me tenía que cobrar el plan premium entre el 14 y el 15 de marzo, se me cobró varias veces, seis veces, dinero que se mantiene bloqueado, de dos tarjetas diferentes y aún así me sigue saliendo un anuncio de que puedo perder mi plan si no lo pago.

unable to stop spotify monthly payment

My Question or Issue spofify does not recognize my account paying for a Duo Plan. Spotify states I have a free subscription. Yet, I am being charged for a duo subscription. I have exausted all avenues but for cancelling credit card. Any suggestions?
