spotify charges the monthly fees on premium plan from nowhere, i didn't ask for the plan neither my credit card is listed on my saved cards
so who authorise those charges?

I would need help. I have had an account on the platform for many years, but it happened to my mother that in some strange way a year ago, a Premium plan was activated on her card number. But of course she doesn't know anything and now she found out that money is disappearing from her account every month. At the bank, they block her transactions and she has no account information. You don't know how to find out which spotify account is connected to the account number?

I apparently have 3 subscriptions. On one card I am billed $12.77 2x a month. That particular card was cancelled for fraud. I hoped that the other card would keep the service going and I would be saving $25.54 a month. But, no, my premium service has been cancelled even though the other card is still being billed. Can I talk to a live person and get this settled, please????
