3 months Premium free

Just recently I got an in-app pop up that I can gift 3 months of Spotify Premium to anyone I want (I've been a Spotify user for multiple years now).

I closed it because I wanted to play some music immediately and now I cannot bring this offer back/can't find it anywhere. I'd like to gift those 3 months to my brother, who is a Tidal user but considers moving to Spotify since the lossless format is available, also because of the wide range of the Podcasts available.

Does anybody know how to get that 3-month Premium subscription offer back? 

I can see that there's such an offer available for new users, but he's already had a Premium before when I was on the Family plan.

Since your brother has been a member of a Family plan, he would be ineligible for the trial since the trial is only available to those who haven’t tried or used Premium in the past. To send Premium to another individual, if the offer is still available within your region - try using this link. Select your current region at the bottom of the page if applicable.
