My Question or Issue

I set Autopay through Phonepe UPI since June, and it has been working fine but this month, I got charged as usual, but the premium plan didn't activate, and Spotify says payment failed. Please help me out with this

my monthly payment of <snip - Moderator Edit> has been deducted from my bank on the date of <snip - Moderator Edit> but there is no access to premium on the app usually the app itself updates to premium

  • I had set my Spotify premium method to automatic, I got a message of successful payment made to Spotify and checked again to see if the payment has happened (it has) but Spotify shows payment unsuccessful. 

I was using the student plan for premium.

How do I fix the issue of unsuccessful payment shown by the app when the payment has already been made?

Me too. I am on auto-debit and it usually works, however this month it said payment failed despite deducting from my bank account. I sent a ticket report and they said they resolved the problem and I just need to restart. But I restarted several times already and I’m still not on premium.

My Question or Issue

Using UPI I made a payment of Rs 59 for my monthly payment for student premium. However on spotify page it shows the transaction FAILED. So now i have no access to premium. I will provide the transaction ID once I get a response through mail. Please refund the amount or give me access to premium. My GPay shows that payment was completed, but Spotify is like oh your payment failed, no premium for you now, like what?? If there's some issue on their side, why can't they provide premium till it's resolved on their end? Will they lose so much? Can't they have a better costumer service like oh you've been using premium for a while, but suddenly this transaction seems to have failed? Is this intentional or some issue on our side? But no! They went ahead and were like pay again right now or cancel your subscription

My auto payment says that the payment for this month is already received but when I log in into the app it says failed payment. Don’t get if it’s a glitch or what it is. Much appreciated if the issue is resolved.
