Payment issue, 2 subscriptions?

Payment issue, 2 subscriptions?

Hi!

 

So last month(april) my Family account got canceled, so i renewed it to premium.

Then i wanted to upgrade to family again(an hour later), but for some reason i just got billed for premium and for family just yesterday.

I understand that if i upgrade to family within an hour i might have some extra costs, but a month later(may) i get billed for both subscriptions again?

Is it possible to cancel my premium, and only continue with family?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
