Payment issue

Yesterday i tried to get spotify premium for students. I put in my card information but when i submitted it said that it could not verify that I was a student. So i put my card information again and again said that it could not verify me as a student. I checked my bank account and it charged me twice but I still have spotify free. If possible i would like a refund.

There wont be anything to refund because the verification was not successful it means these payments are pending and will automatically return to your account in time.
