I saw an action on spotify, 3 months premium for €0,99 I bought it, but when I looked at my spotify account after the payment, it said that my account has a status of, Free. I even have the payment picture, which ill add. I’d like to still get my 3 months premium in return.

Hey @bd28n-sxw6_84,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
