Payment issue

 

I've had a premium account for the past two years and in the past week Spotify has tried get a payment which didn't go through because my account was empty at the time.

Now that it's full again and that I try to modify my payment details (to the same account) in order to make sure that my subscription won't end, I'm getting the "Payment failed" error message over and over again on my account page.

Is there any way Spotify staff can help me with this?

Sorry to hear you've been having this issue.


Here is some information on trouleshooting this through Spotify Support. If that doesn't answer you concerns, then I'd recommend clicking the "I Still Need Help" button which should direct you to the contact form for that specific issue.
