My Question or Issue

Hi, i want to change payment method using visa. But visa method never appear on my screen? how to solve this? I already add my card details but when i want to do payment, visa method didnt appear at all.

Thanks for reaching out. Spotify may offer different payment methods depending on the country or region you’re in.

To see what payment methods are available where you are, go to www.spotify.com/premium, choose a plan, and all the payment options for your account’s location will be on the next page. You won’t be charged until you submit your payment info. Try opening the link above in an incognito window to see if that makes any difference.
