Payment issues

Hi,

I've been trying for a week to get the premium offer but I'm not able to get this. Here are the attempts that I went through to manage this situation. It's still impossibel to get the upgrade.

- Change ot the payment method (for ticket)

- Update the registred country, credit cards and p

- Update profil

...

That doesn't sound right! What payment method are you using? Also, what country is your Spotify account registered to? Lastly, could you go through these steps? Let me know how you get on! 🙂

I tried all available payment methods - credit cards (credit and debit; Visa and Master) and also ticket (it is a kind of money order). I'm registered in Brazil. Exactly these mentioned steps I followed previsouly and it didn't finisch successfully.  

Do you know how to figure it out?

Alright, could you try to use another browser to subscribe to Spotify Premium? Also, just to make sure, your payment method is also Brazilian? Let me know! 🙂
