Payment issues

Like two month ago i had to change my bank card the one I make my payment for premium subscription and it was okey. But one month ago my new card doesn’t have enough money for payment and i wanted to use my first card again but Spotify didn’t accept my first card and i try to cancel my premium subscription and try to have one again but it didn’t work and now i can’t use my both bank cards even i used those before. Just someone can help me!??

Could you check with your bank if your two cards currently meet these requirements? If they confirm that everything's alright with the payment method you want to register on Spotify, we'd suggest giving it another try using an incognito window on a desktop computer.

Here is the link for your troubleshooting when a payment does not go through, I hope you are able to fix it. Also, you should check if your bank has a transcaction for Spotify.
