My Question or Issue

Payment method not allowing me to proceed - Showing 3 dots and not allowing me to proceed. Can this bug be fixed, thanks.

Hey @22264b6kqha4co544q2g, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you check your email or bank statements and check to see if the charge has gone through? If it has - then you should have access to Premium and you can always verify this by checking your account page.

 

If the charge has not gone through, can you try subscribing to Premium using a different browser or private window?
