Superuser Contribution How do I pay with the same card on my account even though it denied

My premium tried to auto pay while my card was locked temporarily by me. It wont allow me to pay for my premium this month with the card even though it has enough money on it

Superuser Contribution I lost my premium subscription yet mthly card debit continued.

How do I know I won't be double charged if I login back in & click premium subscriptions again & provide credit card details again ? If this is not probably addressed, then we have to get the card provider to block the next monthly payment.
