I lost my premium subscription yet mthly card debit continued.

I lost my premium subscription yet mthly card debit continued.

How do I know I won't be double charged if I login back in & click premium subscriptions again & provide credit card details again ? If this is not probably addressed, then we have to get the card provider to block the next monthly payment.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It's probable, that you have multiple accounts and have had another subscription on another account. You can check that with the steps from this page. If you find a second subscription, you can cancel it and activate a new one on the desired account.
