Payment not accepted

Payment not accepted

I tried to update my payment details after changing my card but I couldn’t. I’ve tried 3 different cards, all work fine in general but none would work for my subscription. I’ve tried using the incognito browser but still didn’t work. I don’t have a PayPal account so I really want to use a debit card. I don’t want to lose my subscription but I’ve already tried several times to change the card and nothing seems to work.

You should try with a different browser, and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
