Hello. My card expired this weekend and I added a new one in the app at saturday and paid for a whole year, thought everything was ok. When I opened Spotify today it says I have to update payment to continue listening. Did that saturday and my account has been charged. What to do? Tried to log out and in but did not help.

Hey @Ææø, welcome to the community!

 

If you added a year of Premium but didn't update your payment details, the system might be trying to process the payment with the old card, and that's why you got this message.

 

Don't worry, in this case, you can cancel the automated subscription that still has your expired card details. Once you do this, the account will continue using the year of Premium you paid for without trying to process any other payments.
