Payment problem

Payment problem

I received a message from Spotify that says they were unable to get my payment. I tried an another card and it said that payment was succesful. My icloud account tells me that I can use it till 21/09 but Spotify kept sending me messages and now I am blocked.

First, we suggest taking a look at the status of your subscription here. If everything looks fine, please disregard those messages. If something seems to be wrong, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
